Steve Costie is a Seattle artist who works primarily with graphite on paper. His work has been shown at Art&Soul and Johnston Architects in 2010. Steve's work has also been shown in group invitational shows including a recent 2011 exhibit at BallardWorks. Educated at the University of Washington and the University of Chicago in Renaissance Literature, Steve now spends time in his studio at Building C in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. He is currently working on capturing the architectural elements of concrete forms--walls, bridges, and retaining structures, and landforms found in Utah and Arizona.
