Phillip Levine

Phillip Levine, primarily a sculptor and draughtsman, received a BA in Art from the University of Colorado in 1953, an MFA in Sculpture in 1961 from the University of Washington. He received the Washington State Governor’s Arts Award, Cultural Enrichment, 1997.
