View Eric Elliott bio
Eric Elliott is a Seattle based painter. He grew up in Anchorage, Alaska.
He received a Masters of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing in 2007 at the University of Washington in Seattle, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Practice at the University of California, Berkeley in 2003.
Eric Elliott was the 2009 winner of the Behnke Foundation’s Neddy Artist Fellowship, the 2009 4Culture Artist Project Award, the 2008 Artist Trust GAP Grant, and received the 2008 Kayla Skinner Special Recognition Award. He was also in the 2009 Northwest Biennial at the Tacoma Art Museum. He has had solo exhibitions at James Harris Gallery, and been included in group exhibitions at the Tacoma Art Museum, Koplin Del Rio Gallery, and the Seattle Pacific Art Center. His work is shown courtesy of James Harris Gallery
Eric Elliott currently teaches at Highline Community College and Gage Academy of Art.
